This weekend we went to a Doodle Romp. What is a doodle romp? It is a gathering of people and their Labradoodle dogs. Labradoodle's are a cross between a Lab and a Poodle. The dogs have a great personality, are hypo allergenic and shed very little. We don't have one yet, but I can see that a Labradoodle is in our future.

We've had labs before and they are wonderful dogs, but they do shed something awful. My mom had standard poodles and loved them and they don't shed so it sounds like a great mix.

I love dogs! I don't have a dog right now but I have met some labradoodles and they are so friendly and fun. The gray/silver one in the top pic looks like she is smiling and inviting you to romp with her. If I get another dog I would consider one of these.

my sister-in-law had a poodle called Mandy - I used to take her for long walks in my early teenage years - she was my first dog-love!
