We are having quite a storm here in N. Ca. Being a amature weather nut I get pretty excited when we have storms like this. Right now we are experiencing sustained winds of 45mph with reported gusts of 90+mph. Along with the wind we are getting pounded with very heavy rain. My family all think I am crazy that I am so excited. We even have waves and white caps in the pool!

I'm experiencing the same storm. To me, it's kind of scary with those winds and sideway rain.
Great shots Mr Mapper. That wind is a little scary for me too. Home is a super place to be on a day like this.

WOW, it must be a big storm as we had reports of it on the late night TV news here in S Ontario, Canada.
Better stay off the roads and hibernate for the next couple of days.
Hi, looks like quite a storm you are haveing in California. There was even a clip on our news last night. Must be very hectic
I can also stand at the window and watch a storm and enjoy doing that.
We had a half inch of rain here yesterday and it washed the snow away.
What awesome photos. I heard it was quite bad over there!! Hope you folks weathered the storm and all is AOK!!
