You dont find many true blacksmith's anymore but this guy was the real thing. It was snapped durring one of our excursions to the Gold Country in N. Ca. We love that area of our state and usually try to make it there a few times a year.

Wow, like moi, I've never seen this done in real life, either. That job would compare with roofing and paving during the heat of summer.
