I took this shot at one of my favorite spots in San Francisco. Fort Point. Fort point sits at the base of the Golden Gate Bridge and was a military Fort that was put in to service in the early 1800's. It still stands today keeping watch over the Golden Gate Bridge.
This chain runs along the edge of a 1/2 mile road that leads to the fort. Each link on the chain is over 6 inches long!

I loved seeing the Golden Gate in person. Touching it was like meeting a celebrity and shaking their hand.
